We support and represent stand-alone day hospitals within the Australian health care environment by providing important information, facilitating communication between members, actively representing the sector on National and State committees, and advocating on behalf of members.

Day Hospitals Australia welcomes Day Hospital, Preliminary, Affiliate, Individual and Industry Members. The strategic development of Day Hospitals Australia is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, which consists of industry peers elected by the members of State and Territory Chapters and Independent Directors selected by the Board.

Promotion and execution of the strategic objectives is delivered by the CEO and staff in line with the core objectives, with attention to all matters impacting the day hospital sector, incorporating member feedback.

Strength, advocacy, support and representation are all benefits of Day Hospitals Australia membership. All licensed and accredited day hospitals and small overnight private hospitals under 100 licensed beds are eligible for membership.
