After a year or so, Sarah then moved back to England where she began her interest in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy.  After a few more years, it was time to return to Australia, where she began work at Monash Medical Centre in Endoscopy.  It was from there that she moved to Melbourne Endoscopy Group in 2007 as 2IC in the Melbourne centre, then Bayside as Director of Nursing for approximately 10 years, and is currently Executive Director of Nursing for Melbourne Endoscopy Group.
