Chapter meetings for QLD members are generally held in February, May and November.
The next meeting is scheduled for Friday 30 November 2017.
Meeting topics will include:
- “Fair Work Claims and how to Avoid Them” from Employsure
- An update from the Private Health Regulation Team at Queensland Health
- Jane Griffiths, CEO of Day Hospitals Australia will outline some of the issues being addressed by the day hospital industry including recent PHI reforms
- Queensland Chapter Planning and Brainstorm for 2018 – have your say about our meetings. Let us know the speakers you want to hear from and topics that interest you.
Generally, meetings take the form of an external speaker(s) presenting on a topic of current interest or concern to members, round-table discussions between members and an update from Day Hospitals Australia on current issues being addressed. All QLD members are welcome to attend and you are invited to bring colleagues from within your facility.
Meetings are informal and provide an opportunity for members to network over lunch during of the meeting.
