There’s less than 4 weeks until the Day Hospitals Australia National Conference, which returns in-person from 31 August – 2 September. This year’s National Conference offers the opportunity to reconnect face to face with peers, and hear a variety of presentations that will explore the future of the Day Hospital sector and its increasingly important place in the Australian Health Care system.

Poster Competition
Entries in the Day Hospitals Australia Conference Poster competition close at 5pm on Friday 5 August 2022.
All entries will be displayed on digital TV’s in the Exhibition area of the Day Hospitals Australia Conference and is your chance to share your ideas and innovations with other day hospitals. The competition will highlight research, innovations, achievements, new systems and ideas to improve services provided by day hospitals.
Winners will be announced on Thursday 1 September and will be invited to deliver a short 10 minute presentation summarising their poster entry as part of the official Conference program. This can be on Zoom if you are not able to attend the Conference in person!
The winning entries will also be included in the Day Hospitals Australia Weekly Bulletin following the conference.
Prizes will be awarded in two categories:
- Day Hospitals – Open to staff, Directors of Nursing, CEOs, owners and representatives from day hospitals. This is your chance to share your ideas and innovations with other day hospitals.
- Medical Professionals – Open to medical specialists who work at day hospitals including surgeons, anaesthetists and physicians. Share research and or advancements in patient care in your day hospital with colleagues.
