Day Hospitals Australia is delighted to announce the appointment of The Hon. Associate Professor Anthony Lynham BMed (Hons) FRACDS (OMS) FRCS Ed as Chairperson of Day Hospitals Australia. Associate Professor Lynham brings a wealth of experience in medicine, board governance and advocacy.
We look forward to his experience, skills and enthusiasm in advocating for our Members and in advancing the Day Hospital sector as a critical element of a sustainable Australian healthcare system.
About The Hon. Associate Professor Anthony Lynham
The Hon. Associate Professor Anthony Lynham is a practicing Maxillofacial Surgeon, experienced company director and Board Chair. As well as his surgical experience, Associate Professor Lynham has been a QLD Government Minister and has served as Board Chair for Gladstone Ports Corporation, Workcover QLD and SEQWATER. Associate Professor Lynham has served as a Board Member for the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service, the Toowoomba Surat Basin Enterprise and the Professional Services Review of MBS, along with several other medical committees.
