Day Hospitals Australia has established State or Territory Chapters in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, WA and ACT and members are invited to regular meetings to discuss local activities, challenges and events.
Meetings generally include external speakers who are invited to present on a topic of current interest or concern to members, round-table discussions between members and an update from Day Hospitals Australia on current state and national issues being addressed. A significant benefit of attendance is the opportunity to network and connect with other members.
Due to COVID-19 and current travel and meeting restrictions, upcoming Chapter meetings will be conducted via video conference with a structured format, although modified to include content relevant to the current situation occurring locally.
Regularity of meetings to continue within the current schedule but with the flexibility for more or less, depending on member demand within that particular state.
